I was looking the the FURminator for my shedding cat and saw this for $10 less (for the medium size). ShedBuster states they use the same comb and blade, so I thought it was worth a try.

In just a few minutes I got enough hair to make up a kitten off my short haired cat. It was disgusting. I can't believe a short haired cat has that much loose fur. I bought this because he was shedding so much, but I am still amazed about how much fur I got off.

My cat liked it at first, but he is not one to sit still for long, so he wanted to move on after a minute. I held him for a few more minutes to get more fur off and he didn't really protest...just wiggled.

So, bottom line...much cheaper than the FURmintaor, works great, cat didn't mind it too much and his coat looks much healthier already." . . .
